Vanessa Sparrow

Vanessa Sparrow is Head of Corporate Services at Leeward and a member of the firm’s senior leadership team. She oversees the formation and administration of regulated and unregulated entities across a variety of different structure types, with particular expertise in fund entities and foundation companies. 

With two decades of offshore financial experience, Vanessa began her career in audit with a Big Four firm in the Cayman Islands. She later joined a leading global hedge fund administrator as a manager in their fund accounting team and subsequently spent several years managing their busy corporate services operations. She has also held compliance-focused onboarding roles, further broadening her regulatory acumen. 

Vanessa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She holds British and Caymanian nationalities and resides full-time in the Cayman Islands.
