Her career spans leadership roles at top-tier offshore firms. As Global KM Director at Appleby, Barbara led the firm’s knowledge strategy and developed cross-functional frameworks to support global institutions. At Conyers Dill & Pearman, she built and implemented an integrated legal and fiduciary knowledge platform and supported market expansion initiatives with strategic precision.
Barbara began her career in litigation at Lerners in Canada, managing complex, high-stakes cases that sharpened her analytical rigor and operational discipline. Her leadership style combines adaptability, collaboration, and clear accountability. Known for her sharp wit and steady presence, Barbara cultivates a culture of trust while consistently delivering results.
