Michael Diamond

Michael Diamond is Chief Financial Officer at Leeward, where he leads financial operations, firmwide strategy, and client-aligned risk mitigation initiatives. With deep experience across accounting, fund finance, and operational strategy, he plays a critical role in maximizing efficiency and supporting clients’ financial objectives.
Before joining Leeward, Michael served as CFO at one of the Cayman Islands’ longest-standing trustee service providers. His earlier roles include Deputy Head of Finance and Vice President of Business Strategy at a New York-based credit investment manager, and audit roles at Deloitte in both Chicago and the Cayman Islands.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Illinois.
