Sean Inggs is an Independent Director with Leeward and a qualified attorney with more than two decades of international legal and governance experience. He serves on the boards of hedge funds, private equity funds, family office structures, and blockchain companies, advising on governance, regulatory alignment, and structural integrity across traditional and digital markets.

Sean’s career includes senior legal and advisory roles in the Cayman Islands, Jersey, and South Africa. He has supported institutional clients through acquisitions, investments, and IPO structuring, with a focus on cross-border complexity and regulatory compliance. In recent years, he has played an active role in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, guiding projects on governance frameworks, token strategy, and protocol development. This dual perspective—across both traditional finance and digital assets—positions him as a trusted advisor in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Sean began his legal career in 2005 at Fasken Martineau in Johannesburg. He is a Registered Professional Director under the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act and a resident of the Cayman Islands. Known for his pragmatic approach and cross-jurisdictional fluency, he brings both legal precision and commercial insight to every board he serves.
