Philippa Stokes

Philippa Stokes is a Director of Leeward Trust, where she leads the delivery of bespoke trust and corporate services for private clients, family offices, and institutional entities. With over 15 years in offshore financial services, she is recognized for her expertise in trust and corporate structuring, wealth preservation, and regulatory governance. 

Philippa’s career includes senior leadership roles in the Cayman Islands, where she has built enduring client relationships and guided complex structures through evolving global compliance requirements. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Advisor (AITI), and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), bringing technical depth and a holistic approach to client solutions. 

Beyond her client work, Philippa contributes to policy development in the jurisdiction and internationally. She served on the Global STEP Public Policy Committee and has participated in consultations with the Cayman Islands Department for International Tax Cooperation on beneficial ownership and economic substance initiatives. She previously held a board position with the International Financial Centres Forum, supporting legislative advocacy and standards-setting across the offshore sector. A permanent resident of the Cayman Islands, Philippa is known for her precise, client-focused approach and commitment to long-term results.
