Working closely with teams across the business, she strengthens strategic partnerships and supports Leeward's position as a trusted adviser across its core business lines. She brings a decade of experience in international private wealth, having worked with leading international law firms and specialist practice groups, including those focused on digital assets. Her experience in the technology sector adds a broad perspective on innovation, emerging markets and evolving client needs. Karina is bilingual in English and Russian and holds a bachelor's degree in law.
