Cliodhna Flynn

Cliodhna is a KPMG-qualified Chartered Accountant (Ireland) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a strong academic track record. She has extensive experience in auditing traditional funds and managing private equity portfolios.   

At KPMG Dublin, Cliodhna led large, complex audits for some of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds, managing global teams and ensuring compliance with international reporting standards. She later joined a private equity firm in Dublin, where she managed personal assets, funds, trust structures, and various investment vehicles. Within this role, she was responsible for overseeing financial operations, strengthening reporting processes, and developing complex group structures to support business strategies, optimize portfolio management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

As a Senior Financial Controller at Leeward, she specializes in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and overseeing client and the group’s financial operations. She combines her deep audit background with hands-on industry experience to strengthen financial governance, enhance reporting processes, and provide the insights needed to support effective decision-making across the company.
