Ariana Kosyan

Ariana Kosyan is an Independent Director with Leeward, bringing two decades of international experience at the intersection of tax, finance, and technology. She advised global enterprises on blockchain and AI adoption, governance, and compliance, with a track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments.

Prior to joining Leeward, Ariana was a Director in EY UK’s Tax Technology and Transformation practice, where she developed and commercialized enterprise solutions for blockchain and AI in finance and tax. She previously held senior roles in EY’s Transfer Pricing parctice in the UK and Germany, leading cross-border advisory projects for FTSE 100 and DAX companies, and began her career with Deloitte Germany, managing complex global tax engagements. Throughout her career progression, she has developed deep expertise in international tax, multinational group value chains, regulatory alignment, innovation and technology enablement.

A CFA charterholder, Ariana also completed executive programs in Blockchain Strategy at Oxford University and Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan. She is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA UK Society (and now the CFA Cayman Islands Society), where she contributes to the Technology and Innovation Community and previously co-led the Future of Money working group. A frequent conference speaker and published author, Ariana brings thought leadership and technical insight to clients navigating the convergence of finance and emerging technology.
