Vanessa Sparrow

Vanessa serves as Head of Corporate Services with Leeward. In this role she is responsible for the establishment and administration of both regulated and unregulated entities across a variety of different structure types, with a particular focus on fund entities and foundation companies.

Vanessa has worked in the offshore financial sector for the past 18 years and commenced her career in fund audit with the Cayman office of a big 4 firm. Vanessa subsequently worked for many years at a leading offshore hedge fund administrator preparing and reviewing NAV calculations for a complex portfolio of clients before heading up their busy corporate team providing full registered office services. Vanessa also served in a compliance and administration role and handled aspects of onboarding new clients at another Cayman Islands firm.

Vanessa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Vanessa holds British and Caymanian nationalities and is a permanent resident of the Cayman Islands.
