Sean Inggs

Sean Inggs is a resident of the Cayman Islands and is a qualified Attorney with a background in corporate law and investment funds. Sean is a Professional Director in the Cayman Islands registered pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Act 2014 and serves as an independent director on the boards of hedge funds, private equity funds, Blockchain and FinTech companies as well as private wealth and family office investment companies.

Sean has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry spread across Cayman, Jersey (Channel Islands) and South Africa. Sean has advised on the offshore implementation and structuring of acquisition and investment structures for various industry and institutional clients, including blockchain and FinTech businesses, investment funds, real estate structures, joint venture structures and IPO transactions.

Sean has significant corporate governance experience in the wider blockchain and Web3 industry and has worked with the leading names and protocols in this asset class. Sean has advised high net worth, institutional and corporate clients on governance matters.

Sean commenced legal practice in 2005 in the Johannesburg office of Fasken Martineau.
