Patrizia is a recognized business leader with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She specializes in shaping and executing complex global family strategies, including wealth preservation, succession planning, and family governance. With a deep understanding of both private and institutional clients, Patrizia excels in trust administration, wealth structuring, and fund governance.

As a Director at Leeward Management, Patrizia applies her extensive expertise to assist private clients, family offices, trust companies, large institutions and fund clients, delivering customized solutions to meet their distinctive needs. Her diverse background, paired with a strong legal education, provides clients with a comprehensive and unique offshore perspective.

Previously, Patrizia spent five years as Managing Director of Brown Brothers Harriman’s Cayman ("BBH") operations, where she oversaw private and institutional clients. She continues to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the BBH Board. Before her tenure at BBH, Patrizia was instrumental in establishing BNY Mellon’s wealth management presence in the Cayman Islands, where she spent 10 years as Managing Director.

A proven leader with extensive experience managing teams across jurisdictions, Patrizia is known for fostering a client-centric culture while nurturing top talent. She has been at the forefront of change management, risk framework development, and business expansion across diverse business lines.

Recognized for her commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards, Patrizia is actively engaged in industry leadership. As a qualified Canadian lawyer and a member of the Cayman Islands STEP Council, she participates in both regulatory and conference organizing subcommittees and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, continuously championing the Cayman Islands’ financial services sector.
