Cliodhna is a KPMG-qualified Chartered Accountant (Ireland) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a strong academic track record. She has extensive experience in auditing traditional funds and managing private equity portfolios.

At KPMG Dublin, Cliodhna led large, complex audits for some of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds, managing global teams and ensuring compliance with international reporting standards. She later joined a private equity firm in Dublin, where she managed personal assets, funds, trust structures, and various investment vehicles. Within this role, she played a key role in developing complex group structures to support business strategies, optimizing portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As an Associate Director at Leeward, Cliodhna works across both traditional funds and Web3 clients. She has a keen interest in the evolution of the digital asset space and is passionate about leveraging her expertise in traditional finance, fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and strategic planning to contribute to this dynamic and evolving industry.
