Anna Beesoon

Anna Beesoon is an Associate Director at Leeward with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Anna is a distinguished finance professional having acquired her expertise across diverse roles in the Cayman Islands and Mauritius. With a robust educational background and her commitment to excellence and professional integrity, Anna has developed a solid skill set and her career spans across a range of areas including directorship, fund administration and corporate.

Prior to joining Leeward, Anna was a Senior Manager at IQ EQ in the Cayman Islands where she acted as director on various entities including regulated funds and SPVs. She acquired experience in corporate governance and outsourcing arrangements while managing the fund administration team. Prior to that, Anna was an Associate director at MUFG Investor Services in the Cayman Islands where she was overseeing the fund accounting team. Anna has also accumulated extensive experience in accounting, corporate, compliance and investor relations whilst in Mauritius.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Information Systems from the University of Mauritius and a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London. Anna is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Cayman Islands Director Association and a registered director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
